Well the results are in. You think the most loyal character is Ronald Weasley by a whopping 52%. :::::applause::::: Neville was not far behind with 20% and Other came in with a not too shabby 16%. Hermione with 4% barely beat out Harry Potter who came in with only 4% of the votes. Now is the time to defend your answer. Why did you vote for the person you voted for? And who are these elusive "Others" that some of you thought were so loyal? I can't wait to find out your reasons.

I voted for Neville for 2 reasons. One he is me. 2 he killed the last horcrux, Nagini.
That's a very good point, Neville!
I voted for "other" because I think Luna is the most loyal! She always sits with Harry on the train, and she roots for Gryffindor in Quidditch even though she is in Ravenclaw. She really is a very good friend.
Thanks Luna
Personally, I voted for Hermione... It wasn't too difficult for me to choose between Ron and Hermione because there were several times in the books when Ron turned out to be more of a fair-weather friend and got his nose bent out of joint about something or another.
For example, when Harry was chosen as a participant by the Goblet of Fire, Ron was extremely upset because he felt Harry had withheld information from him. Even when Harry tried to explain, it took a long time for Ron to come around and stop being mad.
Another example is in the 7th book when Ron deserts Harry and Hermione. Even though he eventually returns, his poor attitude and willingness to give up show that although he is very loyal in the end, he is not as steadfast and consistent in his loyalty as Hermione is.
true nymphadora
but Ron also destroyed the locket
Yes, very true, but Tonks was thinking my thought exactly! Ron sometimes turned on Harry. But Hermione and Ron fought for a while in the 6th book, and whenever Harry told Hermione to make up, she would just say "NO!", give him a look, and change the subject or walk away.
hey people i made a new blog
It's definantly Ron. Though his loyalty has been shaken more than once, he's always returned, where as Hermione has never been able to prove her self in this way.
Luna all the way OMV!!!!
I voted for Hermione myself for the same reasons Tonks did. It really sealed the deal for me when in the last book, Ron lost his head and took off (again) when Hermione stayed steadfast and true to Harry's plan. You go, girl! Even when Hermione and Ron would have a spat, she usually remained close to Harry. I think Harry and Hermione had a special bond since they both grew up in the Muggle
World. They understood each other on a level Ron could not understand.
I voted for Hermoine the same reason Tonks and Dumbledore did she stuck to Harrys plan in the 7 book and did not go but Ron did
GO HERMOINE
true i suppoze
I voted for Hermione for 2 reasons.
1. The same reason Tonks, Dumbledore, and Cho voted for her.
2. You forgot sdomthing. Even when Ron WAS there, Hermione pushed him to do somthing to make him look better, when it was really her all the time!
huh what do you mean?
Ahh, but you forget that Ron was wearing the locket in the seventh book, so it could actually be said that Voldemort is the reason he left. I'm so happy with myself!!!
That;s true....it wasn't totally Ron's fault, but there were times when Ron was jealous of Harry or didn't see through the lies being told...and would waiver in his loyalty. Sometimes he did not have 100% loyalty. Hermione was always good at looking around corners and always thought of the bigger picture especially when it came to the fight against the big V.
The big V? Is that Voldy's new nickname?
i like OMV much better
Yeah, me too.

Fleur, I believe Dumbledore is referring to Luna (moon) and Fleur (flower). You'll have to ask him but I think Fleur is French for Flower and Luna is Spanish for moon.
